**Your Role at Impact**:
The Publisher Recruitment Manager is responsible for scaling Impact's acquisition and recruitment efforts to drive a steady stream of publishers to Impact's marketplace and its brand portfolio.

The PRM is critical to the success of Impact's Marketplace & Brand growth and will be responsible for recruiting, connecting, optimizing, and scaling Publishers on the Impact platform. The PRM will be a part of a growing global team with supporting lineages within the Product Growth team.

**What You'll Do**:

- Set a plan of attack to uncover new-to-marketplace Publishers.
- Recruit and manage a pipeline of new marketplace Publishers using various communication channels, tools and methods.
- Inform onboarding of recruited/ new Publishers through activation channels.
- Drive path to first success with newly acquired publishers.
- Work closely with the Product growth Activation & Engagement teams to discover potential matchmaking opportunities.
- Communicate new Publisher initiatives and promotional strategies through product growth channels.
- Gain a deep understanding of a Publisher's business priorities, strategy and challenges and provide solutions accordingly.
- Regularly communicate, present, and drive buy-in with key stakeholders both brand side and publisher side.
- Learn assigned product lines and industry & internal ecosystem.

**What You Have**:

- 1-3 years of Publisher experience for a global software company and or agency. Some of that experience ideally in the MarTech/AdTech industry but not required.
- Experience in Youtube/ Streamers is advantageous.
- Strong account management and or business development experience with a focus on Publisher development and experience using performance marketing SAAS technology.
- Demonstrated successful collaboration with internal international teams from 'HQ' & company offices across global time zones.
- Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks from concept through implementation, and deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget
- Working knowledge of Partnership ecosystem, product offers & market as whole.
- A sound knowledge of the digital marketing & advertising industry.
- Working knowledge of the following tools: iPost, Salesforce, Marketo or mailing systems. Google Office Suite, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to understand and deduce insights from marketing metrics across various tech platforms & tools and use them to optimize efforts based on real-time data.
