**Talent Acquisition Administrator**

Our FinTech arm Infinity Group t/a Debtline is looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our team and help us on our journey of Hyper Growth

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and prepare interview materials, such as resumes and interview questions.
- Assist with onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork and orientation.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Any other administrative duties applicable to the role

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition preferred, but not required.
- Ability to use & understand Google & Microsoft programs
- Ability to work in a very fast paced & ever changing environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
