Mimecast is looking to recruit an experienced finance professional for the position of FP&A Sr. Analyst. In this role you will will help drive a comprehensive finance program around the Company’s global business reporting and forecasting & planning activities as well as help drive the company’s day-to-day financial planning and analysis, management reporting operations, and business transaction support activities. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience through daily interactions with senior management and have a significant impact throughout all areas of Mimecast’s operations.

You'll need:

- Experience in developing, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operating results and information; improve forecast accuracy and visibility
- Experience serving as a key business partner support to the G&A organization with a focus on headcount management
- Participate in the preparation and review of annual budgets as well as the maintenance of rolling annual forecast in Mimecast’s financial planning system (Adaptive Planning) to ensure financial goals are met
- Participate in the evolution and execution of financial reporting for various business partners
- Demonstrated success using ERP systems (Netsuite preferred) and financial planning systems such as Adaptive Planning
- Demonstrated prowess in financial and strategic planning, including core competencies in budgeting and reporting, financial modelling and analysis, capital budgeting, and good familiarity with corporate accounting
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- A Degree in Finance and/or Accounting, or equivalent
- 3-5 years financial analysis experience
