**Payroll Administrator**

A position for a Payroll Administrator under Specialized Services Division exists at FSS Head Office reporting to the Payroll Manager
- Specialized Services. The Payroll Administrator is responsible for providing support to the overall Payroll functions within the Department. Always maintain a professional working relationship with Executives, General Managers, Regional Managers, Staff and Clients.

The **main purpose** of the position is to ensure efficient processing and administration of payroll documents.

**Key areas of responsibility will include**:

- Processing of leave and sick leave
- Checking and capturing of posting sheets daily
- Ensuring all pay related queries are dealt with promptly and feedback given immediately
- Ensuring all Payroll deadlines are met timeously.
- Assist with HR related functions

**Qualifications, experience, and other competencies**:

- At least Matric certificate and must have 1-2 years Payroll experience
- Thorough knowledge of E-services
- Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
- People management experience and ability is essential
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential
- Strong administration and organizational skills
- Numerical accuracy and high methodical working methods are required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels
- Ability to work without supervision, under pressure and meet strict deadlines
