**Social Media Assistant**

We are looking for someone passionate about Social Media to join our close-knit team and become a part of delivering quality digital content to be proud of.

You will be working closely with the Social Media Co-Ordinator and Digital Manager to create engaging content for the company's social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Assist with social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Create dynamic graphic and video content.
- Assist with creating content calendars and social posting schedules with best practices in mind.
- Assist with community management.
- Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence, and encourages audience participation.
- Assists management with large projects and events.
- Work as part of the team to develop large social media campaigns.
- Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content.
- Assist with PR communication.

**Minimum relevant experience and skills/attributes required**:

- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- A keen eye for digital content creation.
- An interest in the skincare and beauty world.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional writing, communication and confident presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- A degree in communication, marketing, or social media.
- At least 1 year of experience managing social media.
- Valid, driver's licence and own transport.
