Wil / Sales and Marketing Administrator

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Be able to source placements for students and conduct site visits.
- Be able to conduct administrative duties relevant to assessment of WIL students.
- Be able to liaise with industry/ external partners.
- Lead and manage on-boarding, orientation, and training of students.
- Promote growth of the company through ongoing performance management and reviews.
- Collaborates regularly with Campus Manager, Teaching and Learning as well as Admin staff to ensure alignment and the effective and efficient project completion.
- Participate in and contribute to overall decision-making, including campus strategic planning, allocation of resources and market share.
- Maintaining database of potential placement and rotation of learners at host employers.
- Assist with arrangements for marketing strategies and events.
- Attend networking events and exhibitions.
- Liaise with key role players in the business environment by means of sales presentations and proposals.
- QMS Administration (changes and upkeep)
- Comply with Marketing Department/Business Development Unit Budget
- Requesting Quotes and Invoices from Finance to be submitted to clients
- Initiate Customer Survey
- Update and preparation of marketing material
- Recordkeeping of material distribution
**Qualifications**
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing and Business Administration or a related field.
- Solid understanding of marketing techniques and principles as well as market research and statistical data analysis methods.
- Computer literacy - Microsoft office, Excel essential.
- In-depth knowledge of social media and web analytics.
**Work experience**
- 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Marketing Specialist within the Training and Development domain or a related role.
