**_ What Will You Do?_**
- Spend extensive time with the Supply Chain department and other departments to understand the supply value chain for MEA Projects.- Understanding of the MEA Projects Multidisciplinary Execution Model.- Support Technical Buyers throughout the procurement process, including complex analysis, presentation development, and negotiations support.- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in compliance with company policy to ensure a safe working environment.- Receives, investigates documents, and responds to all enquiries, including complex issues such as orders, vendors and customer returns, shipment status updates, and purchase order invoicing in accordance with procedures.- Ensure the Suppliers' BBBEE certificates are current to maximize the company's BEE status.- Compile and maintain the Supply Chain tender register for all RFQs issued to the market for contracts.- Input orders within the ERP system, modify existing orders, and communicate as needed to ensure internal data is accurate.- Expedite deliveries as per customer requirements and verify that orders are completed within the committed timeframe.- Assist in maintaining the vendor master file.**_Your Experience Should Be _**
- Grade 12/ Matric.- Supply Chain Management Degree.- Knowledge of the procurement process and supply chain management is essential.- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and ERP System.- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Self-discipline.- Good time management skills.- Positive attitude and keen to acquire practical experience in the field.- Valid driver’s license.**_Our Benefits Package _**
