**Personal Assistant for Executive**

We’re hiring a proactive **personal assistant** to join our innovative finance division. Are you professional, detail-oriented, financially savvy, and passionate about supporting high-level executives? We’re looking for a **personal assistant** to provide high-level administrative and financial support to our finance executive and team.

**Essential requirements**:
Minimum 15 years of personal assistant experience in a corporate Environment

Strong proficiency in **MS Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint**

Must be located within commutable distance to Pretoria, Centurion

**Key Responsibilities**
- Insurance renewals claim processing
- BEE verification and coordination
- Diary management
- Assist with invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment schedules
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and calendar management
- Prepare financial presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with accountants, auditors, and financial institutions
- Organize meetings and take minutes
- Support with personal errands and general administrative tasks
- Ensure safe storage of deeds and contracts, both electronically and in hard copy
- Demonstrate Departmental typing, preparing presentations, and advanced drafting of contracts
- Motor vehicle license renewals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R25 000,00 - R38 000,00 per month
