**Position Overview**:
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you'll be integral to the seller experience, ensuring each transaction flows smoothly from contract signing through to listing. Acting as the liaison between our acquisitions and dispositions teams, you’ll ensure sellers receive timely, clear communication and feel supported throughout the process. You’ll assist with everything from document collection to coordinating photos, and be a reassuring presence who helps sellers remain confident and well-informed.

This role is a great fit for someone who is quick on their feet, enjoys interacting with clients, and has a knack for managing expectations in high-stress situations. If you are passionate about real estate and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **First Interaction**:

- **Listing Preparation**:
Oversee property photography and ensure all necessary documents (disclosures, AIF) are submitted.Organize clean-outs or repairs as necessary, and verify that everything is ready before listing the property.Guide sellers through the listing process to ensure their understanding and comfort.
- **Ongoing Communication**:
Serve as the go-to contact for sellers throughout the process, addressing any concerns that may arise.Work closely with the Transaction Coordinator for timely updates, and ensure smooth transitions to the Dispositions team.Encourage positive reviews and feedback from satisfied sellers.

**The Right Fit**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years in customer service, real estate, or transaction management
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage seller emotions
- Comfortable using CRM tools and other digital platforms

**Performance Indicators**:

- Time to first contact
- Satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS)
- Rate of listing readiness
- Successful handoffs without missing information

Pay: R22 484,00 - R23 000,00 per month
