We are expanding our dynamic International Inbound Campaign and are looking for experienced and passionate individuals to join our team in the following roles:
**1. Campaign Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the inbound campaign.
- Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and performance targets are met.
- Lead and motivate teams across departments.
- Monitor trends, campaign metrics, and report to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years in a campaign management or operations role.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- In-depth knowledge of inbound processes and international standards.

**2. Team Leaders**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support a team of agents.
- Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Track attendance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated calls when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year experience in a leadership role in a call center.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Target-driven with a strong focus on team development.

**3. Workforce Management (WFM)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Forecast call volumes and schedule staff accordingly.
- Monitor real-time adherence and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Analyze data for efficiency and resource planning.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in WFM tools and reporting systems.
- Analytical and highly organized.
- Excellent Excel and data interpretation skills.

**4. Quality Assurance (QA)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and evaluate agent calls and customer interactions.
- Provide feedback and training on quality standards.
- Prepare QA reports and assist with continuous improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with international service standards.

**Requirements**:

- Prior QA experience in a call center environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent report writing and coaching skills.

**5. Call Center Agents - Inbound**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer queries in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain product knowledge and follow company procedures.
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ months call center experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and computer literacy.
