As part of their expansion strategy, a dynamic and visionary Head of Growth for Africa is required to lead efforts in one of the world's most exciting and dynamic markets.

This role is dedicated to increasing company revenue by expanding both new and existing business, with a specific focus on acquiring new customers. It involves comprehensive knowledge of sales, marketing, and the payment, banking, or retail industries. Additionally, it requires proficiency in product marketing, customer relationship management, and a deep understanding of our company's products, services, and industry positioning. The Head of Growth must be adept at interpreting market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer value propositions to drive sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Mastery**: Utilize in-depth industry knowledge to drive sales, continually adapting to market trends and customer needs. Execute and refine sales processes to maximize results.
- **Strategic Leadership**: Lead and manage teams, shaping the growth strategy and direction of the company. Initiate change initiatives, evaluate business metrics, and drive teams in alignment with business strategies.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Focus on building and nurturing customer relationships, influencing C-Level Executives, and delivering win-win agreements. Precisely interpret, review, and adjust market dynamics and competitor landscapes.
**Requirements**:
- **Qualifications**: Minimum B.Com or similar. MBA is highly advantageous.
- **Experience**: Possess 8-10 years of experience in commercial/general management, demonstrating a proven track record in growth strategy development and execution. A background of 8-10 years in corporate sales environments is essential.
- **Leadership**: Showcase 8-10 years of leadership experience, including the management of sales and account management teams.
