- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align project activities with branding, product positioning, and strategy goals, while delivering professional presentations and training sessions to stakeholders.
- Capture, track, and manage project leads, customer interactions, and market intelligence in CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting, informed decision-making, and compliance with company procedures.
- Provide technical support across the supply chain, engage specifiers and influencers to promote innovative system solutions, and contribute to team skills development through collaborative efforts and knowledge sharing.
