Job Summary: We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Tier II IT Technician to join our dynamic support team. This role involves responding to technical issues escalated from Tier I, assisting with installations, network maintenance, and providing on-site and remote troubleshooting to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Respond to escalated support tickets via remote tools or on-site visits Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues Configure, install, and maintain workstations, servers, and network equipment Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop environments Perform scheduled maintenance and support IT infrastructure projects Assist with backups, antivirus systems, firewalls, and patching Document all issues and resolutions in the ticketing system Liaise with third-party vendors where necessary Requirements: 2-4 years of IT support experience (Tier II or similar) Solid understanding of Windows OS, networking, and cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure) Hands-on experience with routers, switches, VPNs, and firewalls Strong problem-solving and communication skills Driver’s license and own reliable transport (preferred) Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) advantageous
