- **Writing Skills**: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to create clear, persuasive, creative and engaging content tailored for different audiences.
- **Collaboration Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with marketing, design, and event teams.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities.
- **Multitasking & Organisational Skills**: Proven ability to effectively multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills are essential to managing several campaigns simultaneously without missing key deadlines or details.

- **Conference & Event Knowledge**: Experience or a keen interest in the conference and events industry.
