**Job Description**:
**Anticipated Contract Length/End Date**:6 months with potential to extend

**What you will do**:

- Support the development of creative assets using effective program and project management principles.
- Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Continue professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices.
- Establish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
- Assist with digital publishing of content. This may include, for example, creating a Sharepoint site and publish content using other internal comms platforms.

Project Planning and Coordination:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative designers, writers, and developers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements, ensuring that project teams have the tools and information needed to succeed.

Client Communication and Relationship Management:

- Act as the main point of contact between the agency and clients, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand clients' business goals and objectives, translating them into actionable project plans.
- Proactively address client feedback and concerns, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CMO and key stakeholders.

Budget and Resource Management:

- Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to optimize project efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, providing solutions to keep projects on track.

Quality Assurance:

- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on creative assets to ensure they meet the agency's and clients' standards.
- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve project processes and outputs

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of creative, marketing or digital project management experience, including tracking and planning projects. Proven experience as a Project Manager in a creative agency setting, preferably within the technology industry.
- 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
- Demonstrated decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and technology trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
- Experience publishing content to CMS (SharePoint, AEM, WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore) is a strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience using Hubspot, Whatsapp, Everlytic and Office 365 programmes like boards, sway, stream and/or Viva is preferred.
