You will handle questions from B2B clients - startup companies. You will be a part of dream-team who supports the launch of new businesses.

**Flexible Schedule**: Monday-Sunday, 4 days (24-26 hours) a week

**Your responsibilities**:

- You need to answer social media requests
- You will answer tickets via Zendesk CRM
- Handle chat, whatsapp etc
- Set appointments for DEMO calls with our managers

You will join our team to develop future start-ups for entrepreneurs.
- **English **fluent**;
- You are ready and can work **in the proposed schedule;**:

- **Have experience in customer support;**:

- If you are client-oriented and attentive to details, have active listening skills.
- Good computer skills;
- **You can work as a self-employed.**:

- You can work from home, don’t be distracted;
- Knows **Google Suite** (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Zendesk experience as advantage;
- Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
