Virtual Paralegal

We’re looking for an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in legal research, documentation, and client communication. If you’re a highly driven individual with a passion for supporting attorneys, managing caseloads, and ensuring seamless client experiences, we want to hear from you. You’ll play a key role in assisting attorneys with probate and estate planning matters while maintaining accuracy and organization across all case files.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis using online databases and legal journals.
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents for attorney approval.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and act as the liaison between the client and the attorney.
- Schedule meetings, manage attorney calendars, and coordinate Zoom sessions using LEAP.
- Follow up on outstanding documents and ensure all necessary materials are prepared for court filings.

**What We're Looking For**
- 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal, ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume legal firm.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical thinker with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency with modern web tools such as Google Docs, Slack, Microsoft Office, and legal software (LEAP experience a plus).
- Experience drafting legal documentation and supporting attorneys in probate or estate planning is highly desirable.

**Other requirements**
- High-speed fiber internet (minimum 50-100 Mbps).
- Own laptop/desktop with external monitor.
- Stable backup power supply.
- Quality headset with a built-in microphone.
- Availability: Monday-Friday during U.S. time zones.
