**About the role**:
A dynamic, solutions-driven Team Leader (Call Centre) whose core role will be to lead the delivery of sales and results within our programme and process.

You will be expected to learn the systems and prove your ability to lead from the front as a representative of R2B while learning, understanding, and building the R2B outbound sales team.

Your role will focus heavily on leading a dedicated Contact Centre team and fostering a high-performance culture where innovation is the norm.

Working within our successful and proven model, you will have ample opportunity to showcase your abilities and take advantage of uncapped commissions

All our leads are warm, outbound calls. No cold calling or pressure selling

**Salary**:
R$80000 p/year plus uncapped commission

**Availability**:

- This is a work from home position where a quiet work space is required
- Hours of operation are 4am to 12pm (12pm - 8pm AEST)
- May include weekends

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have previous supervisory & sales experience
- Ability to work from home
- Stable internet access
- Own personal computer and peripherals
- English first Language Essential
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Sales experience is essential.
- Knowledge of call centre calling equipment and technology.
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
- The ability to self-manage or work autonomously, in addition, to remotely
- Have pride and take responsibility in and for their work

We are hiring for our biggest campaign yet in the property and finance industry. Full training will be provided, along with an established support structure and environment to work remotely within the comfort of your home.

**Salary**: R79,999.00 - R80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Team Leader: 1 year (preferred)
