**Role Purpose**

**Requirements**:

- A relevant degree
- At least 5 years’ financial/business management experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the investments industry with relevant business analysis and/or project management
- Formal project management and business analysis certification or qualifications
- Strong Microsoft office suite skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage end to end project responsibilities, including post project implementation evaluations.
- Elicit requirements from business process owners, translate the requirements into business specifications, and sign off the requirements with applicable stakeholders.
- Design business solutions and processes that integrate different departments within Momentum Investments in order to create efficiencies.
- Understand the integrated business processes and dependencies and document the user journeys.
- Facilitate discussions with business process owners about project deliverables andscope, develop full scale project plans, track project deliverables and create appropriate reporting outputs.
- Manage the relationship with different stakeholders and ensure that misunderstandings,scope additions, or conflicts are effectively managed.
- Develop, execute, and document test plans in order to verify the quality of deliverable(s)
- Implement deliverables into a business line with minimum disruption and/or intervention of day-to-day business activities.
- Perform quality control, review, analyse, and evaluate how project performance can be enhanced.
- Generate and create reports; research and analyse data and report trends to management/ business partners.
- Adhere to established governance structures and control requirements for projects and programmes.
- Interact with project sponsor and senior management and streamline communication.
- Project management of issue and risk identification and either mitigation or resolution thereof.
- Works independently setting own priorities and objectives with supervisory consultation.
- Regularly makes recommendations to and influences department policies and procedures.
- Actively contributes to the results of a team and works towards achieving team goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present project status reporting, dashboards and Steerco updates.
