We are seeking an enthusiastic and competent Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be responsible in Managing the recruitment process from start to finish and fulfill the recruitment needs of the company, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews, conducting background checks and overseeing psychometric tests.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years Experience in Recruitment.
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, HR consultant or similar position
- Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques.
- Sales/Customer service skills.
- Outstanding communication ability.
- Confident and pleasant personality.
- Well-organized.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Sound judgement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain effective employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening.

Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm
Ability to work overtime if & when requested.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R6 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
