**Summary**:
The main purpose of the Senior HR Officer will be to maintain and conduct a broad knowledge of human resources functions ranging from talent acquisition to onboarding, risk and compliance, training and development and industrial relations, compensation and benefits administration.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant HR-related tertiary qualification

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 6 years’ proven experience in a human resources Senior HR Officer role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- High level of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of all relevant Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA,SDA,EEA)
