**Sales Manager - New Business**

**Role Purpose**:
The Sales Manager - New Business will be responsible for driving strategic growth and expanding companies customer base through innovative ICT and business automation solutions. This individual will lead a dynamic sales team, identify new market opportunities, and deliver on revenue and profitability targets by building strong, solution-driven relationships with clients across multiple industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive new business development within the ICT and office automation sectors.

- Provide strategic sales leadership and coaching to develop high-performing sales teams.

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company growth objectives.

- Lead client engagement initiatives, including prospecting, presentations, and solution proposals.

- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent follow-ups.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners.

- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends.

- Collaborate with internal departments (technical, operations, finance) to ensure seamless solution delivery.

- Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and strategic insights for management.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / Matric.

- A tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be advantageous.

- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a Sales Manager role within the Office Automation or ICT industry.

- Proven experience in strategic account management, business development, and solution selling.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- High level of business acumen and commercial awareness.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
