- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership, development and coaching to the Sales, Business Development, Compliance teams to facilitate attainment of Corporation targets and to retain talent.
- Manage, develop and monitor performance of direct reports
- Dealing with disciplinary actions
- Develop, implement and execute strategic plans for sales and operations, balancing Sales and Supply Outputs
- Lead Regional Sales and Business Development teams in both Retail and Commercial legal entities to drive sustained revenue growth.
- Develop and leverage on collaborative relationships with retailers, service providers and the company
- Provide input into various forums with key stakeholders
- Finance, Business Consultants, Maintenance, CAPEX, Marketing consultant, Dealers, Suppliers, Management and Board of Directors
- Report on a weekly, monthly and annual basis on KPI achievement vs Targets to management team, board of directors and the company
- Assist, advise and overview preparation and submission of annual budget and business plan
- Establish organisational structures; implement, review and improve policies and procedures
- Assist with preparation and analysis of feasibility studies for capital investment opportunities
- Assist with preparation and implementation of marketing plan
- Review draft legal documentation and agreements
- Assist with preparation of monthly newsletters
- Release electronic payments
- Overview co-ordination of retailer training via Cluster Managers and New Business and Commercial Development team.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Degree in Accounting/ Business management from accredited institution
- Project and Financial Management experience
- Exposure to the Fuel industry preferably in both a Retail and Commercial role
- Knowledge of financial procedures and policies
- Supply chain management skills
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Precise and Systematic
- Report writing
