**Meridian Services**, a renowned name in the **liquor distribution industry**, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented **Credit Note and POD Administrator** to join our dynamic team in the **Western Cape**. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of credit notes and proof of delivery (POD) documentation, supporting seamless operations across our distribution network.

**Responsibilities**
- MWD Credit and Upliftment SOP are followed Capture all Sales Return Orders on the ERP (BC) system on the same day as the physical stock returned and forward the documentation to the Credit Note Supervisor for approval and processing.
- Daily driver debriefing takes place by FSC to ensure that all PODs, pre-approved sales return orders (SRO) and Goods Received Note (GRN) slips are received and handover.
- Ensure all PODs for all invoices are obtained on a daily basis and review the signature and/or stamp to confirm the validity of the POD.
- Ensure accurate and complete reporting is done on outstanding PODs.
- Investigate and resolve all queries and request regarding credit notes and PODs from either internal or external sources.
- Effective use of the ticketing system to resolve all queries and request.
- Ensure that all Non saleable stock due to breakages, damages, old vintages and shortages are correctly allocated on the SRO to be recharged to the responsible party for the cost.
- Assist Credit note and POD Supervisor from time to time on an ad hoc basis as required.
- Ensure month end procedures are completed before inventory period is closed off.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- 1-2 years’ experience within an office administration and/or clerical role
- 3+ years Clerical work
- Customer relationship skills
- Valid driver’s license
