A leading commercial refrigeration Manufacturer seeks a Technical Service manager to join their Team.

**Key functions are ~**

1. Manage technicians & technical administrator guided by the technical workflow

2. being Head of Customer service : repairs.

3. be able to lead the technical aspects of the team’s work & perform technical work as required.

4. Grow technical business through ~

a) Existing customers - Increase Basket by working on more equipment

b) Lapsed Customers - reactivate

c) New Business - Service Contracts, new clients

5. Monitor Profitability reports for department

6. Continuous departmental improvement through training & other initiatives

**Experience**:
1. Extensive experience in the technical field

2. Experience in the industrial catering equipment field will be advantageous

3. Either Electrical or refrigeration certification will be an advantage

4. 2+ years leadership experience

5. Strong Customer Service skills

**Package**:Cost to Company of between R35 to R40k depending on experience/qualifications. This will include company vehicle. Incentive scheme will be available upon completion of 6 months service.

**Region**: Cape Town / Western Cape

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- refrigeration: 3 years (preferred)
