**HOTEL FRONT OFFICE MANAGER - NAMIBIA - N$21500 Live in**
The Right Company are currently recruiting for a Front Office Manager for a large Lodge in **Namibia **to take control of all the Front Office functions.
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management
- Proven work experience as a Front Office Manager
- Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Solid knowledge and experience working on Opera
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach.
- Ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our customers.
Contract:
- 2-year contract is mandatory for Visa purposes
- Visa’s will be applied for by the Company
- Must have a valid Passport
