Warehouse Coordinator (8months contract) oversees the safe receipt, production, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of materials and products. Ensures workplace health and safety requirements are met and takes responsibility for the security of the assets in their charge. Plans the staging and efficient organization of materials within the warehouse. Helps manage a team of employees. Responsible for compliance with established internal control procedures to maintain inventory accuracy.

Essential Functions:

- Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
- Arrange transportation of product lines
- Schedule staff daily activities
- Orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand
- Receive products and coordinate deliveries
- Prepares loads for shipment
- Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
- Oversees inventory accuracy upon loading the vehicle prior to dispatch
- Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
- Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Ensure all processes on AS400 are accurate and completed as per corporate process
- Prepare accurate reports for management
- Processing BOL according to company standards
- Checking stock picked according to business requirements
- Load Planning and scheduling when required to do so
- Assist with processing returns accordingly and ensure that all parties are communicated with
- Booking stock in when supervisor is absent or when on leave
- Investigate negatives reflecting on the system and the
- Supervise and schedule staff in supervisor absence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

**Salary**: R12,500.00 per month
