Senior BI Analyst

Role Purpose

In the Data Visualisation Team, you'll help IG better understand its data. You build data models and dashboards and analyse data to help drive efficiency gains. You'll also promote self-serve analytics and grow IG's maturity and data visualisation.

What you will do
- You'll take in complex business requirements and use Tableau to construct customised data visualisations.
- You'll analyse data from available IG data sources to generate insights.
- Collaborate with business users to come up with reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with data professionals to understand the IG data landscape.
- Collaborate with delivery leads to uncover data lineage and improve data quality.
- Enable business users to self-serve data by assisting them with Tableau Ask Data and Web Edit.

- You'll need experience in Translating business requirements into a plan for dashboards Building dashboards in Tableau Cleaning, structuring, and preparing data for analysis.
- Processing data using Python, and job schedulers Effectively communicating with business stakeholders.
- Must have skills: Data visualisation using Tableau Solid SQL (Oracle, Postgres, MSSQL) Data analysis: cleaning, modelling and generating insights.
