Young South Africans who:

- Are aged 18 - 35
- Are either in Matric or have a Matric certificate with Level 6 or 7 achievement in Mathematics (Pure) and Physical Science
- Have and can demonstrate financial need and a passion for engineering and innovation
- Have a passion for aviation and a commitment to excellence
- Have good Work Ethic and high discipline
- Have and can demonstrate financial need
