Parts Administrator

**Purpose**: to maintain the administrative duties of the parts department with accuracy and integrity.
**Key areas of focus**:
1. Stock control
2. Parts processing on the dealer management system
**Duties**
- Ordering and receipting of parts inventory
- Booking out parts to the workshop department
- Sorting out order queries with suppliers
- Assist in stock counts
- Invoicing of parts
- Generating quotations
- Ensure that stock inventory on the dealer management system reconciles to the physical inventory count
- Request for credit when required
- Ensure that the parts storeroom is clean and tidy
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in Costing of Vehicle parts to go onto quotes
- Sourcing parts and suppliers experience is essential
- Dealership experience is advantageous
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- 3-5 Years parts administration & sourcing experience
- Must be able to follow policies and procedures
- Creating and authorising purchase orders
- Sending orders to the supplier and following up to ensure that it is received timeously and that deadlines are met.
- Ensure parts are ordered in a timeous manner in order for Technicians to complete their work
**Salary**: R10,500.00 - R12,500.00 per month
