Requirements
- A B.Tech or Bachelor in Architectural Studies or Urban Planning,

recognized by the relevant professional accreditation body
- A post-graduate qualification in Urban Design (M.U.D. or

M.C.P.U.D.)
- A minimum of two years’ relevant post-graduate experience

required.
- A valid Code EB driver’s licence

Key Performance Areas
- Undertake project initiation, planning and design work and

coordination as part of the City’s Catalytic Land Development

Programme
- Co-ordinate the planning and design of targeted TOD precincts

and

public space projects and initiatives.
- Provide input to the preparation of less complex planning and

development initiatives
- Facilitate the preparation of urban design frameworks
- Facilitate the preparation of strategies and guidelines in respect of

TOD precincts and initiatives
- Assess and monitor compliance of less complex development

proposals with urban design guidelines and policies
- Facilitate participation of relevant stakeholders in the development

and

adoption of urban design strategies, guidelines and TOD projects

and

programmes.
