Empact Group is recruiting for a highly motivated and dynamic Helpdesk Support who will be responsible to provide professional support & administration of incoming and outgoing calls, requests and escalations. He/she will ensure client satisfaction with regards to feedback whilst upholding the company policies and procedures.
**Key areas of Responsibility**
- To ensure constant customer satisfaction and good client contact
- Constant communication with customers
- To ensure that the company image is maintained
**Essential**
- Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of visitors to your work area
- Be able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulation laid down in the staff handbook and unit policy statements, with regard to uniform, personal hygiene, health and safety.
- Security and credit checked if
- Customer service focused
- Team player and can-do attitude
- Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene
- Self - motivated and able to use own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
**Knowledge Skills and Competence**
- Good numeric and administrative skills
- Planning, leading and organizational skills
- Computer literate - Microsoft Excel, Word & E-mail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of customers
**Education and Experience**
- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum two years customer service experience
