- Manage day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a safe and functional environment.
- Oversee facility maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
- **Asset Management Contribution**:
- Contribute to asset management strategies, including portfolio optimization and risk management.
- Assist in the analysis of investment opportunities and performance evaluation.
- **Financial Oversight**:
- Lead budgeting and financial management activities for facility operations and asset portfolios.
- Monitor expenses and financial performance, making recommendations for improvements.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Identify and implement efficiency measures to enhance operational effectiveness.
- **Reporting and Communication**:
- Provide regular reports on facility and asset performance to senior management.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma or Qualifications in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Intermediate knowledge of both facility and asset management practices is a bonus, however, knowledge of one or the other is a requirement.
- Budgeting and financial management skills.
- 2-4 years of experience in facility and/or asset management roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Computer literate.
- Valid driver's license.
- Own transport.
**Remuneration**:Market related.
