**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**
- Co-ordination, management, supervision and advice to Site (Africa Office,Boksburg, Khanyise and Lords View)Senior Management on effective security management systems and solutions, within the business scope.
- Ensure that threats to personnel, assets, and business operations/activities within the site/country are properly identified, evaluated and mitigated in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Secure Unilever personnel, properties and assets from internal and external security breaches as well as co-ordinate the activities of 3rd Party Security Contractors and Internal Unilever Security personnel and Supervisors.
- Ensure a hands on ownership of security solutions within Unilever operations across the 4 sites
- Support an effective Regional Control Room that is geared for both monitoring as well as Incident response.
- Support the Regional Security Manager and the Africa Security Director’s office in driving Cluster Security Initiatives.
- Drive standardization across sites in Gauteng
- Ensure compliance with Unilever Site Security Standards
- Support investigations & trade visits including safe travel for VIP’s

**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**

**Experiences & Qualifications**
- Security Risk Management studies at Diploma or graduate level
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in Security Management.
- The following security management certifications advantageous: ASIS Certified Asset Protection Professional (APP), or ISMI Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP)
- Sound knowledge of physical and electronic security
- access procedures, perimeter protection, CCTV, intruder alarms
- Ability to provide a security input in contingency plans
- Sound understanding of principles in the protection of company information, including computer bases and measures required to achieve this
- Computer Literate
- Investigations management capability
- Loss Prevention Management experience
- Previous management of multi site a must
- No Criminal Record
