Operations Manager (Host) - Short-Term Rentals

Do you have a passion for hospitality and operational excellence? We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team, overseeing luxury short-term rental properties and ensuring exceptional guest experiences from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations for multiple short-term rental properties

Guest communication, bookings, and check-in/check-out processes

Coordinate property maintenance

Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly

What We’re Looking For

Experience in property, hospitality, or operations management

Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with short-term rental platforms and property management tools

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Own vehicle & valid driver’s licence

Position Details

Full-time position

5-day work week, which includes Sundays

Daytime schedule, 2 days off (based on business needs)

Pay: R10 000,00 - R13 000,00 per month
