Media & Office Administrator

A Media and Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that all Media and office inquiries and queries are responded to and addressed timeously and accurately within the stipulated time frames.
Should take a proactive role in learning about the client’s business needs and company culture and provide a high level of service.
Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
Organize and schedule meetings and events.
Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities.
Handle technical issues in their area of expertise.
Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.
Keep records and reports up to date.
- Matric
- Diploma in Media and Office Administrator
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or similar role is required
- Good Computer and Telephone Skills
- Computer literacy is essential in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
