**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team in the role of Customer Service/Receptionist/Administrator. This position involves handling basic customer support queries and tickets, managing courier follow-ups, receiving and following up on purchase orders from suppliers, and providing administrative support to our sales agents, warehouse manager, and buyer.**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic support queries.
- Manage and update customer support tickets in a timely manner.

**Courier Coordination**:

- Track and follow up on courier deliveries and shipments.
- Communicate with courier services to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

**Purchase Order Management**:

- Receive purchase orders from suppliers and verify accuracy.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist sales agents, warehouse manager, and buyer with various administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems and document management.**Inherent Requirements**

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Experience with couriers/e-commerce is a bonus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
