My client in the Technical Training & Development Industry is currently looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Administrator to join their Company....

Duties include;
- Provide technical information and support to customers
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction thereby improving the image of the organisation
- Undertake sales and marketing activities as planned to include sales calls planning, customer contact, creating and recording an outlook calendar for appointments with customers, comprehensive media marketing
- Deal with customer complaints efficiently and with urgency to ensure that customers are not lost
- Undertake administrative procedures according to company SOPs
- Provide comprehensive weekly sales and marketing progress reports to the Business Manager, the reports will be monitored for sales performance and gap closures

Skills required:

- 2- 5 years Sales and Marketing experience
- Valid driver’s licence
- Knowledge of technical training is an advantage

Education Requirements
- Qualification in sales and marketing

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

- Secunda, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
