**MARKETING COORDINATOR | Marketing**

**JOB OVERVIEW**

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the seamless through-the-line implementation of all UCOOK product launches, marketing promotions, campaigns and activities. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator also provides administrative and ad hoc support, working closely with the functional marketing teams and in-house creative studio to manage project workflow and keep things running like clockwork.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implements the rollout of all seasonal, product, promotional, brand-building, CSI, etc. campaigns through close collaboration with the Marketing Manager, functional marketing teams and in-house creative studio:

- Works closely with the Marketing Manager, functional marketing teams and in-house creative studio, to ensure all activities are implemented on time
- Briefs in, manages and implements smaller projects & the day-to-day detail of the marketing calendar
- Provides general administrative support across various marketing projects
- Supports relationship with Food and New Product Development teams in terms of coordinating new product launches & promotional plans, and works with the tech team to ensure seamless integration between marketing activities, promotions and web site

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**

**Qualification & Experience**
- 1 -2 years relevant experience
- Degree or diploma in Marketing or Advertising
