**Requirements**:

- A relevant diploma/degree in hospitality would be advantageous
- Previous experience as a hotel reservationist would be advantageous
- Well-presented, engaging, and professional individual
- Reliable and hardworking
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness and availability to work hospitality hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Computer literate
- Experience in using the OPERA software system would be advantageous

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and confirming hotel room reservations
- Liaising with booking agents
- Conducting site inspections
- Communicating effectively with guests and colleagues
