**Why this role is exciting**:
This role requires an individual familiar with the Social Media platforms and the plight of creators/ influencers to monetize their content and earn from these efforts. It would be advantageous for the individual to have experience creating content via social sites in a professional or private capacity in order to leverage this knowledge within the role's day-to-day duties. This person should also be comfortable with liaising with customers and be able to analyze segment information, findings, or opportunities for the team lead.

Apart from working closely with Product teams, this will require cross-collaboration with Operations, Sales, and Product engineering teams which will aid in the experience gained in this internship. Publishers are the lifeblood of the Partnership economy, and individuals chosen for the internship will gain a larger understanding of a flourishing marketing segment and the technology that enables it.

**Does this sound like you?**:

- Experience working with influencers and campaign management.
- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing or related field a plus)
- Advantageous: PXA Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with an understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
- Knowledge of social media sites used by creators and influencers to monetize, including but not limited to Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, etc.
- Strong communication, organization, and client relationship management skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.
- Detail-oriented and the ability to take direction.
- Ability to work independently, and on a team remotely on most days.
- Ability to meet or exceed weekly targets for outreaches or connections.

**Responsibilities**:

- Aid in the acquisition of new-to-marketplace creators/ influencers.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential creators/ influencers across various platforms and niches.
- Recruit and manage a pipeline of new marketplace Publishers using various communication channels, tools, and methods.
- Inform project teams weekly on progress and any valuable insights.
- Work closely with the Product Growth Engagement and Creator teams to discover potential matchmaking & onboarding opportunities.
- Construct/ draft content for new publisher acquisition initiatives and work with implementation teams.
- Gain a deep understanding of a creator/influencer business priorities, strategy, and challenges and provide solutions accordingly.
