**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Processing and Management of Creditors and Debtors.
- Processing Payroll.
- Monthly Revenue Reconciliation, Analysis and Reporting.
- Assistance with Audits and Stock Control.
- Management of financial and legal compliance for the business.
- Documenting business processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Ad-hoc assistance to the Directors and General Manager.

**Desired Experience and Qualifications**:

- Experience using Pastel Partner Accounting or another reputable accounting software.
- Experience using a reputable Payroll Software.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Income Tax, PAYE, VAT.
- Experience using a reputable ERP software system would be beneficial.
- Must have Matric.
- Relevant Diploma or Degree would be beneficial.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R216,000.00 - R264,000.00 per year
