Key Responsibilities:
- Utilizing our Easy TukTuks e-hailing app to get rides
- Safely transporting passengers and goods within the city
- Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure customer contentment
- Upholding professionalism and compliance with company guidelines
- Adhering to prescribed routes and schedules
- Managing cash transactions
- Conducting basic vehicle upkeep and promptly reporting any maintenance issues to management
- Achieving set performance objectives
**Requirements**:
- Possession of a valid motorcycle license
- Exceptional communication capabilities and customer service aptitude
- Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic work environment
- Fundamental math proficiency and accuracy in cash handling
- Availability for flexible work hours, including weekends and public holidays
