Responsibilities: *

**1. *Wine Selection and Procurement**: *
- Carefully curate an extensive and diverse wine list that complements the hotel's culinary offerings.
- Establish relationships with reputable vineyards and distributors to ensure a unique and high-quality wine selection.

**2. *Guest Interaction**: *
- Provide personalized recommendations to guests, taking into consideration their preferences and the cuisine they are enjoying.
- Conduct wine tastings and educational sessions to enhance guests' understanding and appreciation of wines.

**3. *Cellar Management**: *
- Oversee the proper storage and organization of the wine cellar, ensuring optimal conditions for aging and preserving wines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to meet guest demand.

**4. *Training and Development**: *
- Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance staff knowledge of wine pairings, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with colleagues through training sessions.

**5. *Event Coordination**: *
- Plan and execute wine-related events, such as tastings, pairing dinners, and wine festivals, to elevate the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote these events and attract a wider audience.
- Qualifications: *
- Certified Sommelier with a recognized accreditation.
- Proven experience as a sommelier in a high-end hotel or fine-dining establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of local and international wines, grape varieties, and regions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
