**Responsibilities**

**? Creative & Design Support**
- Assist in design execution by collaborating with designers on weekly artwork, social media content, and marketing materials.
- Edit and format creative assets to align with MyRunway’s brand identity and visual direction.
- Support content creation for digital platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.

**? Digital Marketing & Social Media**
- Manage and schedule social media posts while engaging with MyRunway’s community.
- Support the building of our content database and maintain organized digital assets.

**? Marketing Strategy & Insights**_(Developing Over Time)_**
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor insights, and audience preferences.
- Learn how to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and gradually develop analytical skills.
- Brainstorm and contribute to creative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

**Requirements**:
? Recent degree with a minimum aggregate of 65% in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.

? Strong understanding of digital design principles—experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus.

? Social media savvy: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube.

? Copywriting skills with an ability to craft engaging and brand-aligned content.

? Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for fashion marketing.

? Hunger for learning and thriving in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

? Knowledge of Copywriting (preferred).

? Familiar with the latest marketing trends (preferred).
