**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric Certificate is preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of the industry and protocols.
- Experience in inventory software and databases.
- Certification is entirely voluntary but is highly recommended because it can increase opportunities for employment and career development

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with all stages of lens production, including cutting, shaping, and finishing.
- Prepare frames and lenses for assembly.
- Operate basic lab equipment (training provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area and machinery.
- Check lenses and frames for quality before they are dispatched.
- Handle products carefully to avoid scratches, chips, or other damage.
- Report any equipment issues or defects to the Team Leader immediately.
- Support team members to ensure production deadlines are met
