**Key responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure premix quality as well as manage operational projects related to QA area.
- Maintain, update, and continuously improve food safety system (SOPs, internal audits, deviations handling) as well as provide support for Production in issues related to quality or food safety.
- Handle customer complaints and provide technical support.
- Assure timely release of raw materials and premixes as well as Responsibility for quality KPIs.
- Team leading: Provide guidance for employees, manage quality training for newcomers and organize periodic quality training for the plant team.
- Networking with HNC premix plants in order to transfer best practices.

**You bring**:
- University degree in Food Science
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the quality field of the food industry, including minimum 3 years as a supervisor and/ or Manager, preferably in an international environment
- Experience with Stakeholder management and Quality Management System (QMS)
- Knowledge of Regulatory and Compliance Standards
