Our Cape Town office is looking for a **Traffic Assistant** to join our Traffic Department.

Minimum relevant experience and skills/attributes required:
Managing and planning all work through the creative, strategy and digital departments.

Liaising between all departments within the agency.

Attending weekly status meetings.

Monitoring the Schedules and workloads of all creatives and digital creatives.

Booking all creative meetings, WIPS, presentations pre prods etc.

Overseeing jobs and making sure they are on track, on time and allocated correctly.

Ensuring timesheets are completed on time and correct.

Trafficking and assisting of trafficking creative and digital creative briefs, ensuring briefs are received on time.

Scheduling Job kick-starters and reviews with Creative Directors and Client Service.

Reviewing and providing feedback on all briefs to ensure that you are happy with the quality of briefs going into the system.

Ensure that work flows through the various stages accordingly and is completed on time as per deadline.

Communicating any concerns or delays to Head of Traffic and client services team.

Weekly status meetings with the Head of traffic, production and Client service team.

Liaise with the client service and creative teams ensuring efficiency and continuity across all jobs.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years Marketing Traffic experience of which minimum 1 year should be in an agency environment.

**Admin Skills**:
MS Office (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Workbook

Analysis of time sheets completed by creative team members

Please note, this is NOT a Road Traffic Department position, but administrative traffic within an Advertising Agency environment.
