**Minimum requirements for the role**:

- Previous experience having worked within a manufacturing environment is essential for the role.
- Previous experience having worked within the packaging, FMCG or related manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Previous experience having worked on inks and stereos is essential.
- Must be able to manage and develop relationships with senior management and staff within the company.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and collaborative approach when working with internal employees and senior management.
- Managing and overseeing all planning and preparation of ink services.
- Managing and driving the preparation of tooling an ink services on the production lines.
- Implementing processes and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring all information is captured on the ERP System.
- Overseeing and driving quality checks on ink and damaged tooling.
- Coordinating and working closely with the production planning team regarding all customer orders and planning.
- Attending safety meetings.
