- Grade 12 or relevant tertiary qualification
- 3 to 4 Years related experience.**additional requirements**:
- Ensuring a fair and equitable workflow among the agents
- Supervising and verifying payment manual loading, importing and performing technical quality control of the EDI process prior to signing off
- Comparison between actual loaded/ imported policies vs what has been received on sales files, checking benefit categories, underwriters, brands and accounting for every sale received
- Handles queries effectively and deal with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner and providing accurate reporting
- Streamline of admin process and documenting of training
- Analysis and implementation regarding efficiencies in the process and effectively communicating any challenges or concerns
- Supervising other Administration agents and the QS/ SOS process alongside policy loading
- Monitoring performance in terms of quality of work, efficiency, effective output and innovation
- Implementing new processes and ensuring the continuous flow of new business processing SKILLS REQUIRED Computer Literacy (Advanced Excel would be advantageous)
- Working and managing the admin & EDI team
- Provide and assist with all departmental training
- Deciding & initiating action

- Experience in administration of insurance or motor industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
